European Foundation for Cluster Excellence

The European Foundation for Cluster Excellence, founded in Catalonia in 2003, aims to objectively assess cluster performance and establish a standardized benchmarking platform. Through the Foundation, policymakers, economic development professionals, and cluster managers can access international training programs focused on value chain development and cluster excellence. Since 2006, the founder of TABU Solutions has been an accredited trainer for the Foundation, delivering international training sessions, with a particular focus on Turkey.

European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis

The European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis is the one-stop shop to advance Cluster Management Excellence by implementing benchmarking and quality labeling for cluster management organizations worldwide. Headquartered in Berlin, this organization oversees a network of nearly 200 cluster experts from over 30 countries, offering benchmarking and labeling services. Furthermore, ESCA provides cluster managers with hands-on guidance for cluster development, as well as advice to cluster policy makers and program owners regarding cluster program development. TABU team holds ESCA's certified expertise in Cluster Management Excellence, having earned both the Bronze Label and Silver Label distinctions.
