Consultancy service was provided as part of a project conducted by the South Marmara Development Agency (GMKA) for the food sub-sectors in the TR22 South Marmara region. The consultancy included various activities, including literature reviews, in-depth interviews, focus group meetings, needs analysis, social network analysis, value chain analysis, Porter diamond model analysis, SWOT analysis, and target market analysis specific to the food sub-sectors. The outcome of the study was the presentation of roadmaps for each sub-sector. The consultancy aimed to enhance regional and sectoral competitiveness for the food companies within the South Marmara Food Cluster.
