Food Sector Strategy Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategy Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to the Uşak Chamber of Commerce (UTSO) within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the food sector, who are members of the UTSO. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 16 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses. As a result of all these analyses, roadmaps, business plans, and activity programs were developed.
