Bursa Food Sector Opening to the World with UR-GE Project - Strategy Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategy Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program that is financed by the Ministry of Trade. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the food sector, who are members of the BTSO. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 29 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses. As a result of all these analyses, roadmaps, business plans, and activity programs were developed.
