İzmir Commodity Exchange Members Walk From Tradition to the Future Project Consultancy

Consultancy service was provided within the scope of the "Strengthening the Institutional Capacity and Competitiveness of the Private Sector (KARE) Project", supported by the İzmir Development Agency (İZKA) and carried out under the coordination of the İzmir Commodity Exchange (İTB). As part of the service, strategy roadmaps were developed to enhance the corporate structure models and managerial competencies of 10 companies operating in the milk/dairy products and egg sector, who are members of the İzmir Commodity Exchange (İTB). Additionally, İTB's future strategy was developed, and a sustainable corporate governance model was prepared by enhancing the variety and quality of services offered to its members.
