OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster - Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to OSTİM Medical Industry Cluster Association within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the medical industry sector, who are members of the association. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 22 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses.
