Healthtech Start-up - Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters’ Association within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the health industry sector, who are members of the İKMİB. The methodology developed for this project is based on 20 private companies in the health sector, considering them as start-ups. The project involved examining the R&D-oriented products of companies with various organizational levels and business models, as well as their production and distribution channel structures and business approaches.

Within the consultancy scope, several activities were conducted, including sectoral analyses, current situation studies, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses.
