EGEDER Creating Roadmaps for Corporate Talent Management Project

Consultancy service was provided within the scope of the "Strengthening the Institutional Capacity and Competitiveness of the Private Sector (KARE) Project", supported by the İzmir Development Agency (İZKA) and carried out under the coordination of the Aegean Medical Device Manufacturers and Suppliers Association (EGEDER). TABU Solutions provided technical support to 7 companies for a period of 7 months within the scope of the consultancy service.

Within this framework, corporate governance structures and talent management models were developed for the 7 companies. Additionally, EGEDER's future strategy was developed, and a sustainable corporate governance model was established by enhancing the variety and quality of services offered to its members.
