Konya Chamber of Industry Firearms Technological Talent Matrix Consultancy

Consultancy service was provided for the project conducted by the Konya Chamber of Industry (KSO) with support from the Mevlana Development Agency (MEVKA). As part of this project, the value chain of 50 companies belonging to the Konya Defense and Aerospace Industry Cluster, as beneficiaries, was determined. The capabilities and processes required for each value chain component were defined. The companies' capabilities and complementary roles within the value chain were identified. Afterward, the Cluster Talent Matrix Report was created, and the defense industry’s capabilities were identified and assessed
