III. International Competitiveness Improvement (URGE) Project of Anatolian Rail Transportation Systems Cluster Companies - Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to The Anatolian Rail Transportation Systems  Cluster (ARUS) within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the rail systems industry, who are members of the ARUS. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 22 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses. As a result of all these analyses, roadmaps, business plans, and activity programs were developed. Within the scope of consultancy, the "Future", "Transformation", "Value" and "Collaboration" structures were emphasized in the activities that ARUS will carry out with its members.
