Cluster Benchmarking and Labeling Consultancy was provided to The Anatolian Rail Transportation Systems Cluster (ARUS) by accredited TABU experts approved by The European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA). ESCA experts were engaged in benchmark consultancy to provide the cluster's competitiveness in the national and international arena and improve cluster management and organization. As a result of this consultancy service, the cluster organization was granted an ESCA-approved silver label, which signifies the second level of cluster management excellence.
