Bursa Organized Industrial Zone Automotive Cluster - Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy was provided to enhance the international competitiveness of member companies operating in the automotive sector of the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. The methodology developed for this project considered the sector's broad structure, production and distribution channel processes, and business practices. Intangible asset analysis and research based on GTIP formed the basis of the methodology. The consultancy was conducted for 28 companies, encompassing sectoral analyses, current situation studies, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses. As a result, roadmaps, business plans, and activity programs were created.

Furthermore, the needs analysis study determined the infrastructure of the Automotive Global Supply Chain, established steps for sectoral quality certification, and defined the strategic framework through a participatory approach. Throughout the service, the importance of "Future," "Transformation," "Value," and "Collaboration" was emphasized.
