İzmir Chamber of Commerce Chemistry Industry - Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to the İzmir Chamber of Commerce (İZTO) within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the chemical sector, who are members of the İZTO. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 23 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses.
