İnegöl Furniture Test and Material Library Center (MOBTEM) Feasibility Analysis Consultancy

The establishment of the Furniture Testing and Material Library Center (MOBTEM) is aimed at providing services to the Furniture Sector in Turkey, primarily in İnegöl, Bursa, Eskişehir, and Bilecik. TABU Solutions provided consultancy services in the feasibility project funded by BEBKA - Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency, conducted in partnership with the İnegöl Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and led by Bursa Technical University. The methodology developed within the scope of the project was designed to build upon the region's ongoing activities in the furniture sector and aligned with its strategic objectives. The feasibility study examined the investment for the proposed center, and the consultancy scope was expanded based on the conducted analyses. Within this framework, stakeholder meetings, survey studies, visits to national and regional sample facilities, current situation analysis, and demand analysis were carried out to establish the strategic framework of the center. The evaluation of the center's service areas, infrastructure analysis, business model, financial modeling, timeline, and governance model were also established.

Through the comprehensive methodology and collaborative efforts involving stakeholders, survey data, site visits, and analyses, a strategic plan for the furniture sector in the İnegöl, Bursa, Eskişehir, and Bilecik regions was developed as part of the consultancy services provided by TABU Solutions.
