Clustering Project for MÜSİAD - İnegol Furniture Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD) İnegöl Branch within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the furniture sector, who are members of the MÜSİAD. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 14 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses.
