Bursa Organized Industrial Zone Textile Cluster – Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to the Directorate of Bursa Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the textile sector, who are members of the OSB. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 26 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses. As a result of all these analyses, roadmaps, business plans, and activity programs were developed.
