Within the scope of the consultancy, the managerial and financial situation of the cluster member companies was compared to the manufacturing sector in Türkiye and globally. A methodology was employed focusing on Sustainable Growth, Customer Value and Branding, Optimization of Internal Processes, and Learning and Growth approach. This methodology compared the cluster participant companies to manufacturing companies in Türkiye and global.
