Textile Recycling Sector Certification and Consultancy Center Feasibility Analysis Consultancy

The establishment of the Textile Recycling Sector Certification and Consultancy Center in Turkey, with a focus on Uşak and other regions, aims to serve the "Textile Recycling Sector." The feasibility project, financed by the Zafer Development Agency and implemented by the Uşak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, received consultancy services from TABU Solutions. The methodology developed within the scope of the project was designed to carry out testing, accreditation, certification consultancy, and foreign trade consultancy activities in the Uşak region, aligning with its strategic objectives. The feasibility study examined the investment for the proposed center, and the consultancy scope was expanded based on the conducted analyses. In this regard, stakeholder meetings, survey studies, current situation analysis, and demand analysis were carried out to establish the strategic framework of the center. The evaluation of the center's service areas, infrastructure analysis, business model, financial modeling, timeline, and governance model were also established.
