Clustering Project for Increasing Export Capacity of Demirci Carpets Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to the Demirci Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the international competitiveness of companies operating in the wool carpet industry, who are members of the Demirci Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 13 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses. As a result of all these analyses, roadmaps, business plans, and activity programs were developed.
