Development of Sustainable Competition in the Textile Industry Project - Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy

Strategic Roadmap Development Consultancy service was provided to the Aegean Exporters’ Associations (EİB) within the scope of UR-GE (Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness) Program. The project aimed to enhance the sustainable international competitiveness of companies operating in the sustainable ready-to-wear industry, who are members of the EİB. Within the scope of the consultancy provided for 18 companies, various activities were carried out, including sectoral analyses, current situation analyses, workshops, value chain analyses, competition analyses, target market analyses, strategy development studies, and needs analyses. As a result of all these analyses, roadmaps, business plans, and activity programs were created.
